6月下旬，位于濟(jì)南市歷城區(qū)董家街道辦事處的濟(jì)南董家鐵路國(guó)際貨運(yùn)中心，伴隨著汽笛聲劃破天空，一列火車滿載著草酸、輪胎等貨物，緩緩從這里始發(fā)，將經(jīng)位于云南省西雙版納州勐臘縣的磨憨口岸出境，駛往老撾首都萬(wàn)象。這是濟(jì)南首次開行中老國(guó)際班列。這只是濟(jì)南國(guó)際班列快速發(fā)展的一個(gè)縮影。近年來(lái)，濟(jì)南持續(xù)加快國(guó)際陸港等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，打造高能級(jí)物流樞紐，構(gòu)筑高效能國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際物流大通道，培育高質(zhì)量物流產(chǎn)業(yè)，發(fā)展物流業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力，賦能濟(jì)南都市圈及全省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。
In late June, sounding a piercing whistle, a train loaded with goods such as oxalic acid and tires departed from the Jinan Dongjia Railway International Freight Center in Dongjia Sub-district Office, Licheng District, Jinan City, which would leave China via Mohan Port in Mengla County, Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province and destine for the capital of Laos, Vientiane. This marks the first trip of China-Laos international freight trains from Jinan and is just the epitome of the rapid development of international freight trains in Jinan. In recent years, Jinan has been accelerating the construction of international land port infrastructure, building high-level logistics hubs, constructing efficient domestic and international logistics corridors, cultivating a high-quality logistics industry, and developing new quality productive forces in the logistics industry, to empower the economic and social development of the Jinan metropolitan area and the entire province.
“這是濟(jì)南首次開通‘濟(jì)南-萬(wàn)象’新線路。”負(fù)責(zé)山東中老國(guó)際班列統(tǒng)籌運(yùn)營(yíng)的山東高速集團(tuán)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人說(shuō)，這將進(jìn)一步暢通山東面向東盟的國(guó)際物流大通道。
據(jù)介紹，作為高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”的標(biāo)志性工程，中老國(guó)際鐵路2021年通車以來(lái)，持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，2023年4月，跨境客運(yùn)列車正式開行；2023年12月3日，“中老鐵路+中歐班列”國(guó)際鐵路運(yùn)輸大通道正式打通。
As a landmark project for advancing high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, the China-Laos Railway has been developing rapidly since its opening in 2021, with cross-border passenger trains officially launched in April 2023 and the"China-Laos Railway + China-Europe Railway Express" international railway transportation corridor officially connected on December 3, 2023.
目前，中老國(guó)際鐵路已融入中老兩國(guó)民眾的日常生活，實(shí)現(xiàn)沿線國(guó)家交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施互聯(lián)互通，成為促進(jìn)中國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家間貿(mào)易、投資、服務(wù)、金融等多方面合作的紐帶。
Integrated into the daily lives of the Chinese and Lao people, the China-Laos Railway has connected transportation infrastructure in countries along the route and become a link for promoting cooperation in trade, investment, services, and finance between China and ASEAN countries.
“濟(jì)南-萬(wàn)象”中老國(guó)際班列首班順利開行，得到了濟(jì)南市口岸物流辦、泉城海關(guān)、濟(jì)南鐵路物流中心和中鐵國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)有限公司濟(jì)南分公司等單位大力支持，他們?cè)诰C合協(xié)調(diào)、裝卸、查驗(yàn)、裝車等方面快速銜接，有效降低物流成本，為班列順利開行提供運(yùn)輸保障。
The successful operation of the first"Jinan-Vientiane" China-Laos international freight train has received strong support from the Jinan Port and Logistics Office, Quancheng Customs, Jinan Railway Logistics Center, and China Railway International Multimodal Transport Co., Ltd. Jinan Branch, which promptly collaborated in aspects such as comprehensive coordination, handling, inspection, and loading to effectively reduce logistics costs and provide transportation guarantees for the smooth operation of the train.
目前，中歐班列（濟(jì)南）集結(jié)中心已經(jīng)投入運(yùn)營(yíng)，下一步，他們將繼續(xù)優(yōu)化提升服務(wù)，進(jìn)一步做好全程服務(wù)保障，全力推動(dòng)中老國(guó)際班列穩(wěn)定開行，助力濟(jì)南中歐班列實(shí)現(xiàn)更高水平發(fā)展。
Currently, the China-Europe Railway Express (Jinan) Assembly Center has been put into operation. The center aims to continuously optimize and improve services, further strengthen the whole-process service guarantee, make every effort to promote the stable operation of China-Laos international freight trains, and contribute to the higher-level development of the China-Europe Railway Express in Jinan.
