去年7月份
Last July，
我告別了校園
I graduated from the university
選擇來到家鄉(xiāng)晏北街道豆腐匠村駐村
and chose to come to Doufujiang Village， Yanbei Street in my hometown for village work．
實(shí)話說
To be honest，
一開始我心里還是比較忐忑的
at the beginning， I was rather nervous，
恐怕自己難以勝任這項(xiàng)工作
afraid that I might not be competent for this job．
可是每當(dāng)與基層黨員深入的進(jìn)行交流
However， every time I had in－depth communication with grassroots Party members
和村民們進(jìn)行促膝長(zhǎng)談
and heart－to－h(huán)eart talks with villagers，
都讓我覺得
與這個(gè)村子的聯(lián)系更加密切
I felt a closer connection with this village．
共產(chǎn)黨人的初心使命
在這里變得具象化
The original aspiration and mission of the Communists have become concrete here，
就是讓老百姓過上更好的日子
that is to enable the common people to live a better life．
為什么叫豆腐匠村呢
Why is it called Doufujiang Village？
是相傳
It is said that
淮南王劉安的后代在我們村生活過
the descendants of Liu An， the King of Huainan， lived in our village．
都說這個(gè)豆腐是始于淮南王劉安他創(chuàng)造的
It is said that tofu originated from Liu An of Huainan， and he created it．
所以我們村基本上家家戶戶都會(huì)做豆腐
So almost every household in our village can make tofu．

現(xiàn)在差不多快兩個(gè)月了
It＇s been almost two months now．
我看這個(gè)頭都不小
These eggs are not small．
都保證著120克以上了
They are all guaranteed to be more than 120 grams．

現(xiàn)在每年的收入也能夠達(dá)到40余萬元

為了提高我們村自己的造血功能

我也是跟村兩委
和我們的派出第一書記多次溝通
I also had many communications with the village committee and our dispatched first secretary．
最后確定創(chuàng)立了豆腐匠坊這個(gè)品牌
Finally， we decided to establish the brand Doufujiang Workshop．
那就是我們豆腐的生產(chǎn)車間
That is our tofu production workshop．
現(xiàn)在我們這個(gè)主要的工作時(shí)間呢
就是在晚上
Now our main working hours are at night．
因?yàn)榘滋斓脑?/p>
現(xiàn)在天氣熱
Because during the day， the weather is hot．
基本上就是晚上生產(chǎn)
Basically， we produce at night
第二天一早就銷往各大超市
and sell to major supermarkets the next morning．
豆腐呢
預(yù)計(jì)這個(gè)年收益能夠達(dá)到100多萬
The expected annual income of tofu can reach more than 1 million yuan．
能夠帶動(dòng)村民就業(yè)40余人
It can drive the employment of more than 40 villagers．
青年如初春
