This is the Comprehensive Senior Services Center in Guanzhaying Sub－district， Tianqiao District， Jinan， also Jinan＇s first care center for patients with cognitive disorders upgraded from a sub－district comprehensive services center．
這里是濟南市天橋區(qū)官扎營街道綜合養(yǎng)老服務中心，也是全市首個由街綜升級改造的認知癥照護中心。
Mr． Li， an 87－year－old Alzheimer＇s patient， has lived here for two months． His story epitomizes countless families with a patient with cognitive disorders． The old days play on and off in his mind like an old movie， while the real world is both familiar and strange to him． The caregiver Gai Jielei takes care of Mr． Li with endless patience and meticulous care， to keep him feeling safe and warm every day．
李大爺，87歲的阿爾茨海默癥患者，來這里已經(jīng)兩個月了。他的故事，是無數(shù)認知癥患者家庭的縮影。從前的日子如同舊電影般在他腦海中斷斷續(xù)續(xù)播放，而現(xiàn)實的世界，對他而言，既熟悉又陌生。護理員蓋杰蕾用無數(shù)的耐心與愛心，編織著一張守護網(wǎng)，讓李大爺?shù)拿恳惶於汲錆M安全與溫暖。
For the elderly suffering Alzheimer＇s disease， the priority is to determine the way of caring． After coordination and cooperation among multiple parties， the Comprehensive Senior Services Center of Guanzhaying Sub－district， by virtue of its strength of convenient and relatively independent location， as well as its comprehensive upgrading of hardware facilities and staffing of professional teams， has been successfully transformed into Jinan＇s first care center for patients with cognitive disorders upgraded from a sub－district comprehensive services center．
對于患有阿爾茨海默癥的老人，首先要解決的是如何照護的問題，經(jīng)過多方協(xié)調(diào)與合作，官扎營街道綜合養(yǎng)老服務中心憑借其便捷且相對獨立的位置優(yōu)勢，以及硬件設施的全面升級和專業(yè)團隊的加入，成功轉型為全市首個由街綜升級改造的認知癥照護中心。
The inclusion of some old－time elements can make the elderly feel at ease and relaxed throughout the space． Meanwhile， with assistive technology， the Center can develop specialized and customized intervention programs for the elderly．
加入了一些有年代感的元素，能夠讓老人在整個空間里感覺到安心和放松。同時，配以輔助技術，能夠給老人做成專業(yè)化的定制的干預方案。
Currently， there are 5 seniors living in the Center， who cannot remember and have to get re－acquainted with each other every day， despite their daily contact with each other． The caregivers need to teach these＂childish seniors＂ from the basic activities of daily living， such as face washing， tooth brushing， eating and going to the toilet， to keep them memorizing things repeatedly．
目前，在照護中心有5位老人入住，盡管每天接觸同住在這里的老人，但他們記不住彼此，每天都要重新認識。對于這些“老小孩”，護理員需要從日常小事教起，洗漱、吃飯、上廁所，給老人重復地去建立記憶。
We provide meticulous care to delay the progression of their condition and maintain their current status．
通過我們的精細照護，能夠緩解他們的病情的發(fā)展，保持現(xiàn)有的狀態(tài)。
The sub－district administration will， based on the care center for patients with cognitive disorders， work to build a friendly community for senior patients with cognitive disorders， and continue to raise awareness of early screening and intervention for cognitive disorders among community residents through publicity and education on the care of patients with cognitive disorders．
街道將以認知癥照護中心為基點，致力于構建老年認知癥友好社區(qū)，通過開展認知癥照護課程和宣傳，不斷提高社區(qū)居民對認知癥早期篩查、干預的意識。
According to the China Alzheimer Report 2024， as of 2021， the number of existing patients of Alzheimer＇s disease and other dementia in China was as high as 16．99 million， accounting for about 29．8％ of the total patients worldwide．
根據(jù)《中國阿爾茨海默病報告2024》，截至2021年，我國現(xiàn)存的阿爾茨海默病及其他癡呆患病人數(shù)高達1699萬例，占全球患者總數(shù)的約29．8％。
