文化"兩創(chuàng)"看山東
羅老表演山東快書《大鬧馬家店》退休后，廣興書場成了羅老的舞臺(tái)，成為濟(jì)南為數(shù)不多仍在表演曲藝的場地之一，他在這里會(huì)老友，唱快書，育傳人。“山東快書面臨失傳，得先保留傳統(tǒng)，再跟現(xiàn)代融合發(fā)展”，為了曲藝類非遺的繼往開來，羅廣興和他的團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)辦傳承實(shí)踐基地，送曲藝進(jìn)校園，舉辦公益課程，編寫防疫、反詐版山東快書新段子，拍攝首部非遺生活情景喜劇《今天我是角兒》，用老傳統(tǒng)講述新故事，讓口口相傳中的曲藝非遺“廣”入千萬家，與時(shí)代俱“興”。對曲藝文化如數(shù)家珍的羅老羅廣興自小學(xué)習(xí)傳統(tǒng)曲藝，師從評書名家金文聲。

今年，該區(qū)在全省率先出臺(tái)《市中區(qū)高層次創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才項(xiàng)目預(yù)評審管理辦法（試行）》，博得一片贊譽(yù)，他們緊盯數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、現(xiàn)代金融、人工智能、能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新興主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)才融合，引進(jìn)一批符合國家、省市重點(diǎn)人才工程評選條件的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)引領(lǐng)人才，提高加速度發(fā)展所需的人才儲(chǔ)備。吸引更多、更豐富的文化類產(chǎn)業(yè)和人才是市中區(qū)又一特點(diǎn)。一心謀發(fā)展，聚力干事業(yè)成為該區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到一般干部，從上級到下級的共同心聲。

在濟(jì)南市中區(qū)南緣，有一處距離市區(qū)僅十余公里的森林公園，名曰“石崮寨”，其山峰頂部平展開闊如平原，峰巔周圍峭壁如刀削，因獨(dú)特的岱崮地貌得名。景區(qū)總面積5000多畝，古道環(huán)山，綠樹成蔭，山水相依，呦呦鹿鳴，成為濟(jì)南市民休閑觀景的天然氧吧。

”“帶弟子”和“表演”，這是過去老藝術(shù)家們的傳統(tǒng)曲藝傳承方式，而如今到了這個(gè)時(shí)代，要想讓山東快書在傳承中更好發(fā)展，還需要花更多巧妙心思。”廣興書場在市中文旅局的推動(dòng)下成立公益項(xiàng)目將曲藝帶進(jìn)兒童學(xué)校，山東曲藝表演藝術(shù)家們每周都會(huì)走進(jìn)校園傳播傳統(tǒng)曲藝文化，現(xiàn)場教授孩子們使用快板，并給孩子們帶去表演。這里就是如今濟(jì)南為數(shù)不多仍每周保持固定演出的曲藝場所——“廣興書場”，于2018年12月由楊派山東快書第三代掌門人羅廣興和女兒羅爽創(chuàng)立。
